Airshow in Saudi Arabia
Hannes Arch in his EDGE 540 and Matthias Dolderer will leave Salzburg on March 23 to be on time for an Airshow in Jeddah, Cornish / Saudi Arabia at the Kings Fountain for the Saudi Aviation Club (SAC). It will take them more than 3 days to ferry their aircrafts from Salzburg to Jeddah, flying more than 6 hours a day over deserts and the Mediterranean Sea via Turkey, Syria, and Jordan. On March 31, they will continue on through the Saudi desert to make it to their final destination in Abu Dhabi, where the first race of Red Bull Air Race 2007 season will take place.
